Delete Account Request

1. Introduction

At IndInvoice, we respect your decision to manage your account preferences, including the deletion of your account. This policy outlines the process and consequences of account deletion. By using our services, you agree to this policy.

2. Account Deletion Process

If you wish to delete your IndInvoice account, please contact our support team by sending a delete account request via email to foreverknight675.ss@gmail.com. Ensure that your request includes the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Your registered email address
  • Your account username (if applicable)
  • A brief statement requesting the deletion of your account

3. Consequences of Account Deletion

  • Data Loss: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including invoices, customer information, transaction history, and account details, will be permanently deleted from our servers.
  • Subscription Termination: Any active subscriptions will be immediately terminated upon account deletion. No refunds will be issued for any remaining subscription period.
  • Access Revocation: You will lose access to all features and services associated with your IndInvoice account.

4. Data Retention

  • Backup and Recovery: While we strive to delete your data promptly, some information may remain in our backup systems for a limited period. These backups are not accessible to the public and are maintained solely for recovery purposes.
  • Legal Compliance: We may retain certain information if required to do so by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention or resolving disputes.

5. Re-registration

Once your account is deleted, you may re-register for a new account with IndInvoice. However, none of your previous data will be recoverable, and you will need to start afresh.
